Photography and Video Production Retainer Partnerships

We connect with our clients/brands (you) in two ways to provide photo and video production services:

1. Per Project Fee: This means we charge a set price for each individual project. We work with you to create content for mid to larger commercial projects, which can range from $5k to $150k depending on the size and complexity. The price is based on the GOALS AND RESULTS you want to achieve with the project.
2. Monthly Retainer Fee. With this option, we work with you over a set period (usually 6-12 months) to provide a specific number of photos and/or videos. We become a long-term partner, working closely with your brand. Retainer prices for photo and video production start around $3k – $8k per month and can go up to $20k+ per month, depending on the goals and results you want to achieve over theduration of the partnership. This is the most cost-effective and efficient choice if you need regular content.

How to know if a monthly photo and video production retainer is right for you

Start by planning your photo and video production for the year. Think about the content you’ll need, like 1-2 branding videos, photos, social media videos in different sizes, corporate interviews, customer testimonials, and event coverage. If your brand plans to regularly create this type of content, a photo and video retainer would be a good option as there are cost efficiencies in long term partnerships.
